Juan Reátegui Silva serves as Chair of the Ethics & Transparency Committee for the ESG Impact Membership Program. He leads independent oversight of impact claims, supports Free Prior and Informed Consent (FPIC) standards, and helps protect the rights and interests of participating indigenous communities across the portfolio.

Tabea Casique Coronado serves as Indigenous Leadership Chair on the Ethics & Transparency Committee. She represents the perspectives and priorities of indigenous communities and ancestral landowners participating across Peru, Colombia, Bolivia, and Brazil, and helps ensure community voices remain central to governance and impact verification.

Alexander Callejas is an accomplished Forest Engineer and technical specialist responsible for the monitoring, supervision, and execution of development plans within forestry projects in Colombia. He oversees the implementation of nature-based solutions and coordinates the collection and entry of vital engineering and environmental data into specialized software platforms. His expertise includes the management of water and forest resources, health and safety oversight, and technical documentation of project activities.

Antonia is a licensed economist and Community Ambassador for Oro Ecológico Nexus in Bolivia. She works with indigenous and campesino communities across the Chiquitanía, the Chaco, and the Bolivian Amazon on carbon and Natural Capital engagement, and supports related work with communities in Brazil. She serves on the Board of the Federación Departamental de Trabajadores Campesinos Originarios de Santa Cruz and focuses on sustainable projects that strengthen community livelihoods while protecting forests and biodiversity. She has participated in indigenous territorial defense marches (2021–2025) and in a United Nations poverty-eradication project in Bolivia.

Joshua Scott Henry is the ESG Strategy Advisor at Oro Ecológico Nexus. He works closely with the leadership team on high-level strategy and business development, with a focus on building corporate off-taker pipelines for the ESG Impact Membership program, shaping the Integrity Council / Ethics & Transparency Committee, and strengthening the company's positioning in sustainable finance networks.

Leonardo Loras Melgar serves as Ambassador of Oro Ecológico Nexus LLC and as an Indigenous People's Authority committed to the defense of land, life, flora, fauna, and the environment in the Amazon of Brazil and Bolivia.

Juliano is an Agricultural Engineer and Ambassador of Oro Ecológico Nexus LLC, bringing more than 10 years of specialized experience in the production and commercialization of native, fruit-bearing, and ornamental seedlings, as well as irrigation systems and agricultural inputs.
