The ESG Impact Membership is not a fund, a credit offset, or a short-term instrument. It is a direct participation structure anchored to community-held territories under legally binding 40-year conservation mandates. Members gain verified, origin-side exposure to natural capital assets — forests, watersheds, biodiversity corridors — managed by the indigenous and traditional communities who have stewarded them for generations.

How It Works
Three Steps to Origin-Side Participation
Due Diligence & Territory Review
We provide a full territory dossier — satellite mapping, community governance documentation, legal mandate status, and biodiversity baseline data — for each area under consideration. Members review verified assets before any commitment.
Membership Agreement & Mandate Alignment
A formal membership agreement is structured around the specific territory or portfolio of territories selected. Terms are aligned with the 40-year conservation mandate, with clear rights, reporting obligations, and exit provisions.
Ongoing Reporting & Impact Verification
Members receive annual impact reports covering hectares protected, community benefit metrics, carbon sequestration data, and biodiversity indicators. All reporting is third-party verified and aligned with leading ESG disclosure frameworks.
