ORO Philosophy

Governance First.

No phase opens without a decision. No instrument is signed without a prior community process.

Governance is the gate, not a preface. The Ethics & Transparency Committee provides independent verification of field agreements and year-end validation.

Consent is not one act.

Indigenous areas. A prior assembly decision to enter the ORO multi-program is already held, with the record of the first leader meetings and the Life Plan. Company-specific FPIC follows selection, and it is taken phase by phase. A rejection stops that phase. It does not unwind a phase already accepted.

Private areas. No FPIC. The landowner confirms.

The Committee is the mechanism.

Juan Reátegui Silva chairs it. Tabea Casique Coronado sits as Indigenous Leadership Chair. Their independent oversight ensures the integrity of all field agreements and impact claims.

Signed instruments are held. Nothing has been issued. Zero credits have been sold. ESG Impact Membership™ is the first activation — later phases each require their own separate decision.

Request a meeting to review the governance file.

We will walk through the Committee structure, consent records, and reporting schedule.
